Below you will find some tips to get your property in "Photo Ready" shape!

Clear all countertops throughout the home & remember to wipe them down.

Tidy up & remove unnecessary accessories, hide trash cans, personal & pet items.

Remove any items from the bathroom showers and/or tubs. Also, clean glass and mirrors.

Remove any notes from the fridge, tidy the laundry room, and turn off all TVs & screens.

Make sure all lights are turned on. Also, please to turn off all the fans!

Make all beds and remove unnecessary items and toys from sight.

Please secure your furry friends before the shoot!
