This policy explains how Frank Salas Reflections collects and uses information when you visit our website, chat with Reffy, request information, or submit a booking request.

Information we collect

We collect information you choose to provide, including your name, phone number, email address, property address, requested date, occupancy status, project details, form consents, and messages. Reffy may also process the content you enter or speak in the chat. Our hosting provider may record standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, requested pages, and timestamps for security and operations.

How we use information

• Respond to questions and booking requests.
• Confirm availability, prepare estimates, schedule and deliver photography or media services.
• Send service-related email or text updates that you request or consent to receive.
• Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website, booking flow, and Reffy experience.
• Maintain business records and comply with applicable legal obligations.

Reffy chat review and booking attribution

Reffy is an automated AI assistant. For a limited quality and safety review, we retain up to 20 current Reffy conversations. When the limit is reached, new conversations are not recorded until an older record expires. These review records are automatically removed after 30 days.

We assign a random first-party visitor identifier in local storage and a cookie. If the same browser later submits a booking form, we may use that identifier to associate the booking with the preceding Reffy conversation and evaluate whether the chat was helpful. We do not use an IP address to make this association. A conversation remains anonymous in our review panel unless the visitor submits identifying information in chat or through a booking form.

Text messages and email

Text-message consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing services. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. You can withdraw text consent at any time by replying STOP, CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, or another clear opt-out request. Reply HELP or contact us for assistance. You may opt out of marketing email using the unsubscribe method in the message or by emailing us. We may still send necessary replies or transactional communications about an active request.

How information is shared

We do not sell your personal information. We may share only what is reasonably necessary with service providers that help us host the website, deliver email, process bookings, provide AI or voice features, secure our systems, and perform services you request. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business transfer.

Retention and security

Limited Reffy conversation-review records are retained for up to 30 days. Booking records and other business information may be retained longer when reasonably necessary for service, tax, dispute, fraud-prevention, and legal requirements. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and privacy requests

You may ask whether we process your personal information and request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of information you provided, subject to applicable exceptions. Children and external services

This website is intended for real estate professionals and property owners, not children under 13. Links to third-party websites or services are governed by their own privacy practices.
