Basic Photography Package — $125
The basic package includes 20 professionally edited real estate photographs and a free listing video. Interior and exterior coverage helps present the property together. Additional edited photographs are $2.50 each beyond the included 20.

Drone photography and video
Aerial imagery adds context around the property, its lot, nearby amenities, and neighborhood. Choose an add-on to a photography package or a separate drone service.
- $55 photography add-on: five aerial photographs and one drone video.
- $100 drone-only service: ten aerial photographs and a free drone video.

Property walkthrough video
The standalone walkthrough video is $100 and approximately one to two minutes long. It covers the property without a photography package. Narration, a script, voice-over, and on-camera talent are outside this video-only service.

Matterport 3D tours
An immersive property tour helps remote viewers understand the layout, flow, and scale. Current pricing is $50 for the first 2,000 square feet, plus $0.08 for each additional square foot.

Virtual staging
Digital furnishing gives empty rooms a furnished presentation. Virtual staging is $32 per photograph, with delivery in less than 24 hours.

Greater Houston service area
Service extends across Greater Houston and areas from Galveston to Huntsville, Texas. Properties outside Beltway 8 incur a travel fee. Include the complete address when requesting availability so the team can confirm travel requirements.

A speed-ramp social edit is $15 per video, with vertical cuts for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, and Threads. Custom social media video editing starts at $230.
