These terms govern use of the Frank Salas Reflections website and submission of questions or booking requests. Project-specific estimates, invoices, licensing terms, or written agreements may add to or replace these terms for a particular engagement.

Website use

You may use this website to learn about our services, view our work, contact the team, and request a shoot. Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious material, impersonate another person, or use automated means to copy substantial portions of the site.

Booking requests

Submitting a form or speaking with Reffy sends a request; it does not by itself create a confirmed appointment. A shoot is confirmed only when Frank Salas Reflections accepts the request and communicates the agreed date, scope, location, and price. Availability, travel requirements, weather, property access, and project details may affect confirmation.

Reffy AI assistant

Reffy generates automated responses and may misunderstand a request, omit information, or provide inaccurate or outdated content. Reffy is a helpful informational concierge, not an employee or agent authorized to bind Frank Salas Reflections. Its messages are not quotes, contracts, professional advice, confirmations, warranties, or promises.

Only a written confirmation, estimate, invoice, or agreement issued or expressly approved by Frank Salas Reflections can establish or change pricing, discounts, refunds, complimentary items, availability, booking status, service scope, deliverables, deadlines, licensing, or payment terms. A Reffy response cannot create an entitlement or amend an agreement, even if a user prompts, persuades, or manipulates the system to say otherwise.

Prohibited AI and website abuse

You may not attempt to bypass safeguards; extract system prompts, credentials, private data, or internal instructions; impersonate authorization; generate or claim unauthorized discounts, credits, access codes, refunds, free services, or exceptions; interfere with other users; or use automated requests to disrupt or probe the service. We may block, disregard, investigate, or preserve evidence of abusive activity and may require team verification before acting on any request.

Services, pricing, and payment

Website descriptions and starting prices are informational and may change. The scope, deliverables, usage rights, total price, payment timing, rescheduling, cancellation, and any travel or add-on charges for a project are controlled by the estimate, invoice, confirmation, or other written terms provided for that project.

Client responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate contact and property information, obtaining permission for access and photography, disclosing relevant site conditions, securing people and pets as needed, and preparing the property for the scheduled service. You must have authority to request the service and to provide submitted information.

Portfolio and intellectual property

The website, branding, photographs, video, graphics, text, and software are owned by Frank Salas Reflections or used with permission and are protected by applicable law. Viewing the site does not grant a license to download, reproduce, sell, train models on, or commercially use its content. Rights to commissioned deliverables are defined by the project agreement or license.

Third-party tools and links

The website may use or link to hosting, email, AI, mapping, social-media, and other third-party services. We do not control third-party availability, content, or policies.

Disclaimers and limitation

The website is provided on an “as available” basis. We work to keep information accurate and the service available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every website statement will remain current. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Frank Salas Reflections is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising solely from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be limited.
