Frank started shooting homes in 2014 with a single camera body, a 24mm prime, and a refusal to settle for the soft, lifeless photos most listings were settling for. Within a year, his work was on the walls of Compass and Sotheby's offices. By year three, agents were booking him before listing.
The studio grew slowly and deliberately. Today it's a tight team of photographers, an FAA-licensed drone pilot, and a color-grading pipeline that runs every frame through Frank's eye before it reaches an MLS. The work is the same as it was on day one: quiet, considered, and built to sell.
Houston is a hard city to photograph — flat light most afternoons, brutal summers, glass that fights every reflection. After eleven years, those are the conditions Frank has learned to love. They're why his work looks like his work.
